Welcome to CatDog (“App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CatDog application, website, and all related services offered by CatDog (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, and using CatDog, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App.

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the CatDog App, including but not limited to the software, code, design, graphics, text, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by CatDog, its licensors, or other providers. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
By using the App, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CatDog disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CatDog, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of CatDog for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CatDog in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Pet Health and Safety: CatDog shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of your pet or any other animal, regardless of the cause. You assume all responsibility for the health and safety of your pets.
Termination
CatDog may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data without further notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
CatDog may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
